As the training manager of Whistler Blackcomb Snow School, Tracey is very passionate about the professional development of instructors in the industry.  She is a current Level 4 Trainer and Examiner with the PSIC (Professional Ski Instructors of Canada) and has served two terms as an Interski Member for Canada in Bulgaria and Finland.

Tracey is very dedicated to helping to create pathways for female leaders. She served as the Chair for the CSIA Women in Skiing Committee, has been involved in the Women 2 Women program with Blizzard/Tecnica, and is currently working with PSIC to bring a WWSO event to Whistler this winter.
